I'm still alive...
Wow, I haven't written in this thing in a long time... here's what's been up...
Work
Well I'm finally moving on. I tendered my resignation with GMH this past Friday. My last day will be June 9th. It's been four great years, and I've gained a lot of good experience, good friendships, valuable skills, and I even met the greatest love of my life there. No regrets. I've been offered the position of Assistant Controller for Tower Investments, a local developer here in Philadelphia with just under a billion dollars in assets. Finally, my opportunity to pursue my career in accounting and finance... who would pass that up?
Girlfriend
Sadly, Lesley and I broke up about a month ago. It was pretty hard on both of us, but the distance became too great and it's probably for the better. She is an incredible woman, and we still have remained the best of friends. Look out Philly, there's a single Kevin on the loose... can you handle this?
Other
Everything else is going well. I joined a gym several months ago and I've been going several times a week, and even working with a trainer. I also started going to church again a few months ago, and I've been attending regularly.
I still miss you all in Orlando. I hope to see you sometime in the near future. Unfortunately, I don't know when I'll get back there. It's been almost a year since I've been... I think it was at the end of last July the last time I was there. I hope all is going well with you all.
