The only one who can save you is your... No matter how much your friends/family/faith support you, love you, motivate you, and try to lift you up - they are only the exterior. If you do not lift yourself, save yourself, and take responsibility for yourself, no one else can.
-* The corollary is that you can't save someone who won't save themself. Some people will do everything that they can to bring you down just because they are jealous that you made peace with your own life. When giving up on them is not an option, it's time to let them make their own mistakes and realize that they are going to be stronger that way. *-
The idea of checking yourself before you wreck yourself is best remembered before crashing into the wall.
Drowning people will take you down with them, too surrounded by their own troubles to realize it's a helping hand.
Facebook is completely and totally addictive - there has to be a 12 step program somewhere.
