on going going-ons
I finally beat the Hector scenario on Fire Emblem. I'm not really satisfied with it. I missed 2 sidequests. One because I went through the Lyn mode really fast in order to get an A ranking and so, Nils was not above level 7 and the other because I was playing the game at work and forgot I had to do something special to get to the next sidequest. Oh well. I do have 31% of the support conversations now so that's cool. I think I will put this game down for a while. I just don't feel like going through the hard modes.
and with that new time, I started writing my play. I have 4 pages complete. Which, I think is halfway through the first scene. I havn't quite decided how I am going to split it yet. I know I want a fairly short performance so it will only be 2 acts, if that.It's called Retail. Basically, it's about a lot of experiences I've had or wanted to have over the last 5 or 6 years working in retail. I think it's pretty damn funny. I laughed when I read it over. Hopefully, this won't be some crappy project I stop working on.

If you don't know, I now work at Boscov's as, what they call, a detective. Which means I dress in plain clothes and walk the floor or sit in the camera room and catch people stealing. It's pretty cool. But it has a 4-week training program which I completed in 2 weeks. However, at the end, you have to take this massive test. I took it. I'm sure I passed it since my boss went over the answers and says I did, but it's her boss who has to actually grade it. He's being a lazy FUCK and hasn't graded it yet. and so, I don't have a badge and I'm still considered a "trainee". Which means I can't stop people at all no matter what I see. So, yesterday, I decided, while Lesa was on lunch, what's the point? I might as well play my gameboy and just glance up occasionally to see if there was a fire or anything. and so I did. He better have a badge for me on Tuesday. Or more gameing will occur you goofy FUCK!
I talked to the people from the Goodwill and according to them I have complete 31.25 hours for them. add that to the 40 I did for other people and I have 71.25. About six more than Ken Huff told my probation officer I have. FUCK him. I hate Ken Huff. He's a dick. Ken Huff is the caseworker for my community service hours. again, FUCK him.
I have to go to Record and Tape Traders and buy some Laughing Colors tix. It is the last Laghing Colors show ever. They are breaking up. This makes me sad. I will cry. If I see Dave cry on stage, I guaruntee I will cry. He almost cried at the last show. This band is important to me for so many reasons. I think it is the only band that Laurie and I mutually LOVE. There are some common interests, but this is the only band that we both really really love. Maybe STP, but I don't think she even likes STP as much as I do.
This is the second time I've had to post this, the last one didn't go through. I am really impressed with myself because I remembered it from last night almost exactly.
