Ramblings
I just watched a part of Emma, with Gwenith Paltrow. Wow. What a bunch of shit. I don't know why I hate it so very much. I really wanted to like it, I usually like period movies. Maybe it was the horrible, stilted way the actors spoke. I think Renaissance Faire newbies speak better then they do and Gwenith was the WORST! Her emotions ran from bland to sorrowful bland. Maybe it was the trite romance stuff being flung around like monkey poo. I admit, I'm seldom fond of romances (they make me itch), but this was....shit. Stinky, rotten shit.
Ok, I'm done ranting now.
On the other hand, I should donate some ducks to Heifer as I had the weirdest dream last night that I was watching eggs hatch and one of the ducklings waddled over to me and placed herself right in my hand and settled in it so trustingly. It was very sweet.
