Frazzled...
Just when I thought a typical wedding here was hectic enough, being thrown into an Indian wedding IN India turned out to have knocked me off balance.
The three of us were just expecting to sit through Simi's functions but after being absorbed into her side of the family, we had our roles as well. Although the wedding was mainly run by the women of both families, the politics did get to me as well and it nearly made me wish I agreed to come to the reception only.
But looking back, it was a moving experience.
The travelling after that week was indescribable. So many things to say, I don't know where to start! Photos would be up on Facebook once I grab the downloaded photos off Leny.
Urgh... I knew I should've just stayed home to rest for the weekend. My brain is so not with me today at work... bleargh~
