Fights...

are rarely ever pleasant but I consider us rather fortunate. Round two came five months after a stressful fiasco by a track field. At that point in time, I was Pandora's Box broken open. But I learned to quiet down.

But then, that brought about a NEW problem... I became a sealed bottle, bubbling and boiling silently by myself. I won't go too deep into details but basically, we talked it through and we both admitted that we were BOTH wrong. Two men admitting that to each other within a 3-foot space? How shocking indeed...

I'm not saying that I'm perfectly devoid of an ego. Although his is very much out there for everyone to see, I tend to keep mine at bay. It leaks out now and then and a hideous monster begins to rear its head.

And that was what happened. Two monsters emerged from the depths and lashed out at one another on a collosal Ultraman VS Godzilla level. Outside we were solid but inside, we were both torn to shreds.

Sitting by the rocks and watching as the sun set, it reminded us of that time when my Hunter and his Warlock were running down to the shores of Orgrimmar just as the sun was setting too. They were both equally beautiful although the ensuing massacre of over 20 Nagas didn't take place this time.

My sword, your shield stands by you unwavering.

On a similar but at the same time completely different note, I've made the switch to WoW on the US servers since there are more people I know who play. And although the European servers were fun, I have been having a phenomenal time on this one.

Fine, we're on a PVP server where the Alliance could very easily come by and slaughter us all when they get the chance but the people in it have been incredibly pleasant. Just last night, I was killing zombies for wool (which I need to level up my profession, Tailoring and to buy it is bloody expensive!), a level 80 druid came killed everything for me out of sheer boredom while waiting for his friends to come online for a raid. Given that I'm a Priest now (which doesn't fare very well on the lower levels), that was a massive boost. Managed to gather over a full stack and we happily went on our own ways.

Minutes later, I check my internal mail and what do I find? That same person sent me 100 wool! O_O Friends I can understand, but to come across somebody who would be willing to part with THAT amount shocked me. Of course I sent back a 'thank you' mail and continued tailoring.

To balance out the karma, I joined another priest who had to deal with a rather challenging group quest. I've done it before and I knew what was coming but in the end, it was all good.
