Once again, a beautiful and very highly anticipated game...yet I'm playing it on low settings :( And I do still plan on posting shit-tastic pics too :) Although, I was so excited about getting into the game, I didn't spend much time in the character creation screen. So my character isn't amazingly super awesomely designed. I've done the first couple "general" quests in Riverwood so it wouldn't be too terrible if I started over again.

No matter! I still want to see more Skyrim pics on my f-list!!! :D I blame Sims for me spending so much time in character creation!:P It's INSANE how much time I spending tweaking this and that! Although, with the cheat screen up you can go back to creating your character in time in game!:P

Oh whoa whoa whoa...I'm totally not appreciating the fact that I'm playing this on PC and can use the console to do whatever I want. Just read a bunch of info and advice on getting the game running smoothly. I had a huge problem with looking up/down in game, only to find out Bethesda coded the game to have Frame Rate be directly tied to mouse movement (vertical mouse movement). I literally would have to extend my entire arm off of my mouse pad to be able to look up at the sky whenever my frames dropped. Even with a fix (in the INI), it's still a problem. Ppl on the forums are pissed so hopefully there'll be a patch soon.
Yeah! To be able to pull up all those cheats...I just want to get rid of the UI when taking screens! :( Hmm...I haven't had that issue...yet! Hopefully I won't have it! So far the only problem I've run into is giants tossing me so high in the sky it takes forever for the game to realize that I've died! SERIOUSLY!!! LOL!!!
Man, I haven't ran into her yet. I have two people that can follow me. The one that's following me now is the female who's always calling me Thane! :P I hope to recruit this other one soon!:D
Yeh, about those Giants...I'm assuming low levels chars. shouldn't even attempt to fight them. I saw vids of ppl fighting them before the game came out. And everyone was saying it's a glitch when they hit you with their club and you go sailing 100 stories in the air. I'm guessing that's a "feature".
That lady with the green warpaint, she's in Whiterun in The Companions place (Jorrvaskr). I don't know if you can recruit her; she's part of The Companions guild (it's like the Fighters Guild from Oblivion). Kind of a dumb and somewhat confusing name for them, since there are apparently, a ton of people who can become a companion but that are not part of THE COMPANIONS. Weird.
I recruited this other lady (also a bitch), from a bar in Whiterun. But I had to nearly beat her to death first *smirk*. And Lydia, the Housecarl is in my house but I haven't taken her with me on any quests yet.
For now, I'm starting to add Mods. Especially texture Mods. I'm seeing a vast improvement:Reply
I was with The Companions and I didn't see her...at least I don't think I did. Was she the one who needed the sword? *taps chin* Yeah, you would think that they would have a different name right? Sometimes the laziness kills me especially with something so simple to fix!
I haven't recruited her yet. Was that the assassin? Because she looked like she could kick some serious butt!!!:P I have Lydia. She's excellent to have following me around!:) I don't know how many time she's saved me and/or alerted me to the fact someone was sneaking up on me!
I've added several different mods and yes, the texture mods are a MUST have! I always download those whenever I can!:D
Ohhhh....yes, I see the improvement!!! How are you liking the game so far? It's amazing huh?
