Unfortunately none of the custom furniture is working! :( Because they added new animations it's borked the way things work. You can find more info here or here. The last link provides a possible fix! :)
As far as I know. Although a few people are reporting store items as well are broken! It's really a mess but T$R has come up with a tool that's supposed to help!:) I haven't had any issues so I don't know if it works or not!
