Fic: sigh it into my mouth
My fic for pod_together went up on Thursday, but as I was working through Saturday this week, today is the first day I've been able to post about it.
This was a really difficult fic to write, because I deliberately set out to write it in the more lyrical (or maybe just pretentious) style of a lot of my ficlets -- imagery-heavy and no real dialogue or plot. (Not that plot is ever my strong suit.)
My reward for this effort was hearing my words read aloud by thilia, who was fabulous to work with and did a fantastic job bringing the story to life with a bunch of awesome atmospheric sound effects.
