I have many reviews coming up. I just need to take the time to take some pictures for the reviews. One of the main things I’m trying to type up are my gaming reviews. Debating on finding screenshots of the game for my review or try to find some way to take screenshots of my 360 games to my computer. I probably know of a way but have to shell out $100 bucks for it. Something to think about in the upcoming weeks. Or I could just draw a comic… yes… the comic idea works. I may do that instead. Ten minutes quick comic scene mockup of what happens in the game, photo snap of my reaction to the game and 3 minute video of me playing the game laughing my ass off after getting pwned by someone using a rocket launcher at me in co-op mode (seriously someone was greifing in 3DS just to be a douche.)
The husband is away at a creative conference for web developers and I’m here alone with the kid pretty much pulling my hair out because my daughter seems to think she can do whatever she wants when her daddy is away. She didn’t count on the fact that mommy is strict and gets very annoyed with she doesn’t go to sleep when mommy says it’s bed time.
So I guess what I really wanted to post about is that I guess in a week from now I will be receiving a box of Ramune soda! We ordered it last night along with Mochinko rice flour, and dried spicy squid snacks. I’m Asian so I have to have my Asian food. It’s been a LONG time since I had some Asian snacks like dried squid. Some of you guys may think I’m crazy but I grew up eating these stuff. Along with Pocky and Yan yan dipping biscuits. Oh and those little jelly cups that comes in bucket size containers in lycee flavor! Oh I love those I miss them very much. Also,
cure sausages over white jasmine rice. =3 I’m sure someone out there is thinking “order some chinese food it’s the same thing,” but honestly it’s NOT the same thing. Anybody that has been raised in an Asian household will probably vouched for this.
I’m rambling on again, but the big deal on what I ordered is the Mochinko rice flour, which I will be using to make… MOCHI DAIFUKU. These would be great tea snacks, and I have it planned out on what I will fill the mochi daifuku with. Nutella chocolate and strawberry jam. I’m excited and can’t wait for these to come in. Although I did remember that I had to get potato starch for it but I did read I can substitute the potato starch with corn starch. We’ll see how that turns out when the time comes. I know I should use red bean paste for the filling but again hard to find it where I live. Not many Asians live in this area so not many Asian markets are around. I know of one Asian market and I think my sister in law knows where it is. I’ve only been to that place maybe twice.
Well I guess that’s enough for right now. I need to just blog more. I use to blog all the time.
