If this is growing up, I'll take the spaghetti
So no Dragon*Con for me this year. Honestly, I expected to feel more disappointed but I'm really not. I just have other plans instead.
Friday night I've bid to work a football game. Basically sitting in ambulance and watching the game. Can you say easy money?
Saturday I'll be spending the day with my favorite monkey child (ok, to be fair, my ONLY monkey child) and watching football games on the television. Hoping to be able to re-connect with some friends that I haven't seen in a while. (MATT TAYLOR- THAT'S A HINT!)
Sunday night is Mongo's birthday party which shall be good times indeed. It's themed- you must come as an 80s hair band rocker or a groupie. I plan on donning big hair, a ton of eyeliner and throwing panties at people all night in the name of drunken fun.
Working all weekend and then doing school crap all day Monday (applications, etc). Metro is offering me a scholarship...pretty frickin sweet.
Working extra shift Tuesday, my normal shift Wednesday and Thursday and then off for the weekend.
But first....I'm gonna eat my grapes.
