It seems that now is the time to contact the government bigwigs in regards to the Orphan Works Act of 2008. The way it is presented is too full of loopholes that you can bet people will take advantage of in the name of making a quick/easy buck. I think it needs another round of hammering out the details so that artists don't get screwed out of their livelihood.
