The weather's been horrid ever since Greek Philosophy question 2! And it's still POURING! :((((
But. BUT!
My finals are officially over! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!
I'm mentally exhausted. I haven't been sleeping more than four hours a night since two weeks ago. And it wasn't because I was cramming for my papers either, it was the stress. My mind kept on running like clockwork, churning out random mathematical formulas and textbook philosophy phrases even during sleep! I just couldn't get it to switch off.
That's why I've been making all those ticky boxes these past few days - I thought doing something boringly repetitive will calm me down and help me achieve ataraxia; freedom from mental anxiety. It didn't exactly worked, but that's alright, because it's all over! OVER! *punches the air and bounces around*
Also, a rec:
Awaken - [lead me to death] (Harry/Hermione/Ron).
The characters felt as though they were literally trapped in a nightmare, and there's this surreal sense of suspense and horror throughout the story that truly made it all the more terrifying to read. Go spook yourself! (And be a genius like me - read it when it's late and dark and stormy and when your whole family is in China)
