Hex Files and HP Fandom Archive News
As you all probably know by now, Hex Files and HPFandom are both being preserved at AO3. [Actual post addressing this here]
All the (non AO3 duplicate) fics at those archive will eventually be imported to AO3 and the sites will be closed. Once imported, Open Doors will contact you via your email listed on those sites to ask you to claim your fics and all that jazz. If you do not wish to import any fics or if you want to be selective, you can click on the link above and see how you can contact Open Doors to let them know.
If you would like to preserve the comments or reviews, I'd recommend that you take screencaps or copy them before the sites are closed. Those will unfortunately not be imported. There will probably be a handful of months before the sites are officially closed so you have plenty of time. :)
