So, we have a new President (or, we will as soon as the lame duck period is polished off). I'm curious to see what Obama will do with the next couple of months...will he pull an FDR, and keep his mouth shut, perhaps to avoid becoming affiliated with the current administration? Or will he take advantage of the fact that he has the nation's attention

I got to listen to a good portion of my campus go crazy…There were fireworks, drums, and more than likely drinking. Other than that, they were pretty quiet the next day after. It was fun.
Hrn. Immortal characters are always interesting people to play around with…That premise is usually enough to convince me to give it a chance.
Haha- immortals just have to go out with style, now don’t they? I mean, 8,000 years does have to have some effect on the ego.
Fallon seems to have a thing for writing hot male characters, doesn’t she? Although, I never saw much of a reason why characters should talk much about having sex and never actually get along to it, and spare us all the details. Makes me remember a really raunchy/bodice ripper scene in Dragonlance…They never actually described the sex, but gave a wee bit too much description in the 4 pages preceding it.
Beautiful and smart people exists? ASTOUNDING!
The book sounds amusing as it is, so I might give it a try…
I hate it when that happens: the books are out, but not available…But to be truthful, I would’ve read your review and then promptly forgotten/erased it from my mind.
