NOTE: (this is a common situation during rehabilitation. so if one of your bits of lovely advice is "OMG YOU IDIOT DON'T KILL YOURSELF!"- I ain't listening. remember. this is how i feel at the time when i post the journal. It is not, however, a planning book. therefore, "i want to die" does not mean "i'm going to commit suicide." it means "i want to die at 13h24 on February 5th 2008 and most likely will be back to normal in roughly a few hours to a few days". get it?)
