Is there, in fact, a journal back-up function in this program?

You may in fact find that Phoenix has been saving all the posts you made with it all along. File menu --> view log brings up Lumberjack, which is how you look through what posts you have made via Phoenix by the date you made them.

Hey, cool - I did finally find that feature, and I wondered if that was, in fact, the backup function :) I haven't been using this for a long time; I only just downloaded it today! I usually make my posts from the web interface. Cheers.
