but somehow I figured out that CANTER was available so I totally snatched it up.
(we only have 6 digits)
Also in fun, a cop came by investigating Sarah Palin's sister-in-law (something- she's related to Todd) but she lives right behind us, and she's a druggie and she keeps robbing people (mostly of prescription drugs). Cracked me up!
She hasn't been to our house (nobody comes here because we have 3 giant attack labradors) but 2 of my neighbors have had it happen.
Daisy dog has had TWO appointments since her surgery. First one had some swelling at main surgery area, then her leg swelled up funny (fluid in hock!). Vet said ok, was just fluid trying to get somewhere to be reabsorbed.
Friday night we noticed it swelled up like effing crazy. Took her to the vet today and he pulled out 300mL of fluid. Nasty but awesome at the same time. Think 5 60cc syringes FULL of serum/rbcells. Apparently it will do this again.
Then we brought Vader and Bite to the neighbors for playtime with the boxers, and somehow Vader hurt her shoulder playing ball, so playtime was over. She was gimping pretty good but by the end of the night she was fine.
Bite (aka Portia...the puppy 2 y.o.) and I are going on a diet/working out. She is GOING to dog show this summer, but she is...erm...plump...and currently above breed standard. She will get her champion, she will make cute puppies, I WILL have one named Margot. (Her sire's owner has a litter just about to be born and I WANT one so bad but since I live with my effing parents....gah)
I have also been working on my books. They will be terrible, I'm sure :)
