In other, totally unrelated news, this is my last day in the apartment. It feels...weird...I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea that I'm moving. I still feel like I'm just about to go on vacation despite my having slept on the living room floor last night because I have no bed and no furniture. Next week, I'll be on a plane to the East Coast, pumping myself up for new adventures.
I have a good feeling about leaving, though. I think it was time to get out of here, do something new, meet new people and suchlike. So far, it's smooth sailing, everything is taken care of. The only think that has me a little antsy is my plane leaves on August 4th, which, incidentally is Set's birthday (as in the god of chaos and apparently, the god of laughing at me for being wigged out by Him). I'm going to have to leave Him an extra awesome offering that day, just in case. If there's one thing I don't like above all others about air travel, it's airport chaos. Yeesh.
