Master Harry!
Nnnn... [He was obviously still sleeping. Seeming to grope for something that should be next to him in bed- a body perhaps? But whoever he was looking for was gone a while ago. Harry sighs in disappointment.]
Master Harry! Wake up!
[He then freezes at the unfamiliar voice. 'Master Harry'? Since when did anyone call him that? Slowly,

Happy Christmas, Harry! Look! Chocolate Frogs! Real Chocolate Frogs, just like from home!
[OOC- Sorry for fail. I'll be busy until after New Year's, but I'm trying to keep afloat. ^^']

Where did all these come from-
Look Master! Gifts, gifts for everyone under the tree! They smell so good~ Can I have chocolate too?
[Jude pads over to where Ron was. Harry laughs.]
Um. Yeah, apparently the dog can talk now...
[He looks around more- no Draco. Hm.]

Wha-... what do you mean, he can talk now? Wolves can't talk! Unless they're werewolves or something, but he's not a werewolf because that'd just be weird and Harry why do you have a talking dog?!
[He'd seen stranger things, sure, but he'd just gotten used to the fact that Jude doesn't talk!]

Where did... was that just talking? Where did those presents come from?

[Jude bounds over to her and pushes against her legs affectionately. Harry is just extremely confused.]
I'm not sure... do they have our names on them?
[He bends down to inspect the wrapped gifts.]

Looks it. The first one I picked up happened to be for me, so I reckon there's something there for each of us.
[With a sudden glance at Hermione, he resolutely crumbles the note up in his hand. He can do without her seeing the message that the gods decided to impart on him.]

These were just here when you woke up? Do you think they're safe to open then?

[He reaches under the tree and pulls out a soft present in blue wrapping paper.]
Oh. Here Hermione, this one has your name on it.
[He hands it to her before pulling a red one in the shape of a box that has his own name on it. Jude sniffs it curiously.]

Well, someone had to test it out to make sure they were all right to share, yeah?
[He reaches over for the box of chocolate frogs, withdraws two of them, and tosses one to Harry before placing another on top of the gift being handed off to Hermione.]

Open yours Harry. I want to make sure nothing comes out and bites you first.

It's a mini broom?
[There was a crank on the side. Harry cranks it and the toy buzzes before flying off around the room.]
Toy! Toy toy toy!
[Jude jumps up to try and catch the toy with his teeth. Harry laughs and sits back, watching the over excited wolf play.]
Well I guess someone will like it.

Too bad it's not a Snitch; we could've tried a game of Quidditch this afternoon.
[Turning to Hermione, he inclines his head towards her gift.]
Open it up. Doesn't look like a book, so I don't know what else you'd be getting.

It's better now that he can talk. He's very cute.
[She looks down at the present, still dubiously, but grabs it anyway and shakes it. There's the sound of something sliding around inside the square box--one normally used for clothes--but it doesn't sound like a book, no. Contemplatively, she puts it next to smaller blue package and picks that one up instead, ripping off the paper to reveal a long yellow and scarlet scarf, with her name stitched into the end. She flushes with pleasure and immediately winds it around her neck.]
I asked for this! Oh, this is nice. It's so cold outside too, how good.
[She indicates her present, and then looks at Ron and Harry, a little confused.]
Don't you both have on more? I can't have two and you both not.

Ron, this one is also for you, but other than Draco's it seems to be it...

Maybe getting him to talk counts as one of your gifts? Can't really see what'd be so special about that. I don't suspect anyone would have wanted to hear Pig or Crookshanks gabbing away.
[He looks down at his present for a moment before tearing away the wrapping. Blinking down at it, it takes him a moment before he realizes what it is. Pulling away the excess paper, he withdraws an 8x10 frame containing a picture of nine familiar redheads crowded around a sofa, wearing bulky sweaters and waving merrily out at him. When he does speak, his voice is low.]
Wow. This must've been... four, five years ago. Before Percy became such a prat.
[Ron notices that George still has both ears intact and that Ginny was still the tiny girl he remembers and that no one had spent that Christmas with the shadow of Voldemort in their hearts, and he shakes his head, trying to put on a smile as he looks up at Harry and Hermione. Grabbing the ( ... )

That's generous of them, it really is. It's a very nice photo Ron.
[she takes the present Ron hands her, heart pounding for a moment. Would she get a picture of her parents? That would be piercing--she wouldn't be able to stop the tears at that. It had been so long.. and the memory... hastily, she takes the gift and rips off the paper, revealing a plain white box for clothes. Perplexed, she tears the tape away from the corner and lifts the lid, setting it to the side and peeling away the gift paper with slightly shaking hands.]
What the--I didn't--
[She's staring into the box with wide eyes. There's a set-- lacy red bra, lacy red knickers, thigh high stockings, and black ( ... )
