Fitness Update: Week 3

Starting weight: 290.0 lbs
Current weight: 283.6 lbs
Starting Measurements
-Neck: 14 in.
-Bust: 48 in.
-Waist: 48 in.
-Hips: 60 in.

Things seem to be going well so far. It seems like Sundays are the days where I go over my calories (unless I go to Roller Derby practice, in which case I can't possibly go over - do you know how many calories 2 1/2 hours of skating burns? It's A LOT!!!!!). I'm epically failing as far as the no nail biting thing goes, but tomorrow is another day. I'm getting my 4 workouts a week in (usually a walk/run up and down my street), I'm still logging my food and staying under my 1600 net calorie goal for the most part, and I'm getting at least 4 servings of fruits/veggies in every week. I'd love to do more fruits/veggies, but I can only eat what I can get my hands on, and sometimes good produce is tough to find around here (especially when you have a picky mom doing the shopping - I LOVE YOU MOMMY!!!!!). Anyway, I guess that's it for now. Stay tuned for next week's update! ^_^
