So I went to Virginia over this weekend and it is the best place ever!!!
I visited the school on both days and walked around getting to know it and it is seriously the best campus i have ever been to. It's big and really nice and in the center there is a giant lion in a fountain! It's effing amazing.
I got to sit it on a Intensive for Beginners Spanish class and I went in there thinking "hey maybe this will be challenging and kind of cool." I was wrong. It was the easiest class ever and the kids were retarded. I knew all the answers to everything and he explained to the class that Katie and I were visitors from NY in Spanish and they all just started at him and then he repeated it in English and then they looked over to see us. The teacher dude was nice but I'm pretty sure I can test out of that class.
After that class I got to sit in on an astronomy class and it was the coolest thing ever. Not because it was astronomy but because you don't have to do a thing and you can get an A. There should be around 100 kids in that class and there were probably 30-35 and were just chilling. It's in a giant dome and the seats were really comfortable and he made eye contact with me like 20 times and didn't notice that I'm not in his class. It was great.
But besides visiting the school VA is really nice. The weather was chilly but a hell of a lot better than here in Roc.
I cannot wait to go back in April and stay for a week when it will be really warm and I can wear shorts an stuff!!
