I wanted to set myself a challenge, and so, I stole this from
hollie_alr , and edited it to make it a pairing-specific meme though, because that's what I want to write about =)

Seconds later, Syaoran couldn’t tell if he’d expected the hand that clutched at his wrist or not. It didn’t matter, all that mattered was that the feather was in his hand, and the Original was attempting to retrieve it - interfere with his mission.
As they were pulled back into Nihon, Syaoran’s focus lapsed for just a moment as he wondered where they were, and in that moment the feather slipped from his grasp.
“Tch,” gritting his teeth together, he planted his feet firmly on the nearest tree and leapt towards it - just as the other Syaoran had. Both of their hands were outstretched, and Syaoran dimly heard the people below cry out his name - both of their names - and in that moment he knew he would have to kill his other-self to claim the feather. As he whirled his sword about, it seemed as if the other Syaoran had come to the same conclusion for he had also thrust his sword towards him.
He could feel the way the sword slid through skin - could feel the resistance, but he’d swung the sword forth with too much force for the resistance to matter.
What mattered was that the body his sword had impaled was the wrong one - and he felt his entire self shut down as he looked at the body before him, protecting the other Syaoran with outstretched hands, her face showing no pain despite the weapon through her chest.
“Sakura!” the other Syaoran cried, enraged, and Syaoran wished he could be allowed the show that emotion - he felt as if the earth had been removed from his feet. The hand that held the sword was shaking, and his mind was reeling - No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, his mind was repeating the words for a reason he couldn’t fathom, a reason he didn’t care for the logic behind - all he knew was that one person he hadn’t wanted injured was the one that his sword has broke through.
Syaoran was only vaguely aware of her turning to the other Syaoran to tell him, “Your Sakura isn’t me,” as she turned her head to face him once more though, Syaoran couldn’t pay attention to anything but her. “Because I am … The same.” Again, her words made no sense to him, but he could feel something within break as she looked at him - her face wasn’t enraged, hurt, or anything he’d expected, in fact … It looked as if she were turning to cherry blossoms.
She was still speaking, but the words didn’t matter to Syaoran. All he knew was that she was dying - she was turning to Cherry Blossoms before his eyes and there was nothing he could do to save her - and gods how he wanted to save her. His very being felt as though it were flying away in the wind, just like the blossoms she was turning into.

“Even if we are just creations, we are still the same. If those two keep on living, it won’t end.” Her voice was getting softer, and although his body felt numb, completely frozen where he stood, his mind forced his ears to pay attention, completely devoted to what she was telling him, “I love y-” and then she was gone, burst into a gust of blossoms, leaving naught but air in his arms and Syaoran felt as though he’d been cheated - as though something that was he’d needed to know had just been plucked away before the wind could even carry it to his waiting ears.
He watched the petals as they began floating away from him - and Syaoran felt his mind yelling No! Come back! His eyes focused on a single petal that had remained motionless, and his hand reached out to shelter that blossom. As he looked at it, Syaoran could feel something powerful growing within him, an emotion that was bubbling up and threatening to overpower him.
Images flicked through his mind so fast, it was all a blur. One thing he grew certain of as they flew by, was that Sakura had been very important to him - He’d loved her. He loved her and had been more devoted to regaining her memories so that she could live than regaining them for Fei Wang Reeds desires.
As Syaoran realised that, because of Fei Wang Reed, he’d lost the most important person in his life, the emotions that had been simmering on the surface broke through, and a tortured yell ripped from his throat - his hurt, regret and pain pouring into that anguished shout, and the hand that clutched at the petal pulled tight against his chest - as close to his heart as was possible.

Sorry T.A - I know you wanted fluffy, but there was something about Devoted, Clone!Syaoran, and this scene that called to me ... I hope you still like it! (If not ... I can try with another letter ...??)
It was really interesting, trying to write through Clone!Syaoran's eyes though =)
