I have to write an essay. My internet at home isn't working (as it is wont to do, whenever I really need it -- last time it cut out like this was when I needed to be studying for my psychology exam) so I'm in the library, sitting in one of the giant red chairs in the Leselounge (like I did when I had to study for my psychology exam).

I can think of things to say -- I can even think of ways to say them that are relatively elegant -- but when it comes to actually putting them on the paper I'm stymied. I don't know why writing essays has to be like pulling teeth, but I can tell you that for this reason (and maybe this reason only) I'm glad that next year is my last as a literature major.

Anyway if you read this, know my screenname, and feel like getting on AIM and keeping me company, I'd be glad of it.

In other news, I'm moving out of the Studentendorf on Sunday, hopefully to the new apartment David and I have (the people living there now aren't sure whether they'll be out Sunday or Monday, so I might have to stay in a hostel overnight). We haven't signed the contract yet so there's still a little fear in the back of my head, but the landlord was the one that gave us to go-ahead, and we've already started moving our things over there, so it looks like it might really work out this time.

Good riddance is all I can say.
