I love fresh snow. It transforms a world, diverse in color and shape, into a pristine, sparkling wonderland where everything changes shape and one object becomes indistinguishable from another as it is covered in a fluffy, down-like blanket. When snow falls so thick that it's like you're standing inside a snow globe, there is this unnatural, soft glow that comes from all the lights being scattered across the crystal filled atmosphere. Everywhere, all around you, snow drifts gently to rest on some surface that will be morphed into one large, white blump because of it's presence. It's always shocking to see how different everything looks with snow on it. Even though it's cold outside, you get a warm feeling from the sight of snow covered lawns and cars because it makes everything looks so soft and fluffy. No longer is your yard a stark, barren chunk of dirt with small clumps of grass growing here and there. It is now a magical, smooth, fluffy, sparkley sprawl of uniformity and beauty. Yes, I know, there's far too many adjectives in that sentence. It's too bad so many people don't know how to drive in the snow. If they did, snow would no longer be a deadly beautiful thing, but rather, something that can be enjoyed without stress or fear. I suppose it's lethal quality makes it a bit like tribbles. Hmm...
