(no subject)
It's been more than year since I posted. I spent last weekend in Vegas with my squishie agardenafter and we talked about LJ. So....here I am.
In the last year lots has happened, but very little has changed. I'm living on campus and enjoying that. I did receive tenure and promotion last year so I am now in a much better place career-wise. Riggs is happy with my mom and dad. So happy, in fact, that when I go home to visit he has absolutely no use for me. But mom and dad are enjoying him immensely, so everyone is happy and loved (well, except me--I'm sans kitty-love.
I'm on Sabbatical this semester, supposedly spending my time working on grant applications. Which is what I'm going to go do now. Yep. As soon as I order a pizza.
Oh. And I play WoW now.... so if anyone on the f-list plays you'll recognize my random references to leveling, xp, hp, dungeons, etc.
