priceless
The most beautiful thing in the world is the exact moment justice is served, and everything works out the way it should. I had that meeting with my marketing professor this morning (just got back from it, actually) and it was simply perfect. I'll give some excerpts from the conversation
Prof- and what have you done about this paper goofy white kid who wants to be black?
goofy- nothing
Prof- and you?
me- everything. all the research, all the graphing, all the writing....well, so far, it was too much to finish myself in this amount of time.
Prof- well, didn't you guys set up meetings?
me- yeah, he skipped the first one, never called over spring break, despite refusing to give me his info. then yesterday i waited around for a half hour for him till i finally left, assuming he wasn't going to show up, and didn't care. he also didn't return my phone call from the night before.
him- uhhh, yeah that sounds about right
Prof- lets look at your records...hey goofy, you didn't eve take the first test, and you got a 36 on the second test (which she gladly said was the lowest grade in the class....even she was loving it at ths point, it was just so funny)...plus you did nothing for the paper. guess who's failing my class????? (to me) well, yours looks fine, just hand me your finished paper before the final.
me- ::satisfaction::
She completely chewed him out, and kept going with it too. It was so beautiful, serioulsy. This kid got everything he deserved. She even gave him the speech about "this isn't highschool anymore, you can't coast through or you're not gonna be around here very long...this record is just AWFUL" etc....
It just goes to show you, good always triumphs over evil!!!
theres one less evil doer for Georgie to worry about.
