THE Best Fan Fiction (and where to find it)...
I thought since I registered with Livejournal in order to get to Fanfiction (and the only community of which I am a member is the dmhgficexchange ), I should do something useful at least, and list my favorites. I highly recommend the following (all Dramione, of course), but you don't have to take my word for it - I'm a total stranger after all...
The Fallout by Sage/everythursday
Hands down, the best you'll ever read. It's a work in progress, but it's supposedly finished, just being rewritten... (You'll need to become a registered user at Granger Enchanted to read it, though.) She's one of my favorite fanfic authors, evidenced by my recommendation also of:
The Symmetrical Transit by Sage/everythursday
Beautiful Things Can Come from the Dark by yesterday4

Of course there's also We Learned the Sea but this is shorter, sweeter and less heart-rending... Check out all of her fics though.
