Yay!
I got a new (well, used) car today!!! His name is Eisenhower, and he's a blue, 2000 Mercy Sable. I love him very much, and I think that we'll be happy together.
(A short explanation for the name: he's actually been bought to replace the 1997 Legacy that my sister crashed, whose name was Truman (after the thousand page book about the president). When discussing a couple years ago the theoretical name of the next car we bought- because I've been telling her for years that her terrible driving would kill Truman-, names of other, related historical figures were the ones that cropped up. And when I saw the Sable, Eisenhower just seemed to it.)
