Crepes

This morning I made crepes from a mix, I had to add an egg, oil, and water. They didn't turn looking as appetizing as they do in the restaurant until the last one which turned out perfectly. I didn't have a crepe pan and I substituted the oil for melted butter because my parents only had olive oil. The added butter could explain the tendency of the crepes to want to burn faster at a presumably lower heat than they would with oil. The burner was on 2 out 8 or 9. Mom had her crepes with blueberries, I would have loved to have made a sort of sauce and then top it with lemon curd. For my crepes, I put nuttella inside and sliced bananas, then I drizzled maple syrup on top. Dad was out until 2 pm.
