Okay, time to get fucking serious. Only coffee and water and tea (and vegetable juice if I must) until Friday. I can do that. If I say I started from last night, 10 o'clock, and go to Friday 10 am at this stage, that is 62 hours. Right now I am on hour 11. I am more than one sixth of the way through.
I MUST lose 5 kg/ 11lbs by next Tuesday. I know that seems like a whole lot, but some of that will be water weight. Besides, I know I can lose an average of 3kg a week, I did it last year with a diet of around 500 cals/25 carbs daily. I will do that again if I need to, and I think I do need to.
I don't have long. Two months. Two months and I need to look normal.
