I love snow (usually)
Well hello there. I know I haven't posted here in ages and my last post had to be a quick one but I plan to make more of my time here. Anyway on with my entry...
A little about what's been going on in my world
As I said before I'm back in wit the parents so I can start paying off my debts. (and what a bundle of debts I've got) Yeah I know 25 and living with the folks is incredibly sad but I didn't have much choice. Actually my shed (yes I live in a converted shed) is really quite nice. I got sky piped in here, a fridge, microwave and of course a broadband pipe all to myself :) All I need now is a shower and toilet but dun think that's gonna happen. It's cool living here though I have my own space and dun need to answer to anyone (in all honesty all that household politics was frying my brain)
Believe it or not I have become a suit now. 8 hours a day 5 days a week I'm suited and booted working just outside London as a computer specialist (HA not bad for someone who got kicked outta uni)
As I've said before I'm now betrothed. My Vikki, We've lasted 11 months now and I hope it'll last a lot longer. She's really cool, sweet, funny, really good looking and very dangerous (you wouldn't believe it to see her but trust me). I really love her and I think she feels the same about me. Finally after so much trouble I'm settled.
Friends have come and gone in the past and I have been betrayed by a few (they know who they are) whilst some have just acted like complete fools after I've helped them out of serious shit (they know who they are as well)
Oh well, I've changed friends so many time in the past I'm kinda getting used to it by now. People come and go but I will never fail.
Right on to recent events. I was gonna send this as a mail but I've decided to write this here:
On Thursday we had a bit of snow (Incase no one noticed)
I left Northolt in Middlesex at 4:30 PM and saw a bit of snow, 11 hours later I had made it to Welwyn Garden City and ditched the car because it was suicide to drive on the roads and walked the rest of the way home in temperatures of -3 degrees.
Here's my issue:
In this country we have AT BEST 3 weeks of summer and I can guarantee by the end of week 2 we have a water shortage yet it rains for THE REST OF THE BLOODY YEAR!!!!!
A couple of years ago we had about a week where there was a petrol strike. By day two people were thieving petrol from others cars (I know this for a fact as they stole from my car) and everyone got in such a panic that there was no food in the supermarkets by day 3.
Thursday there was a bit of snow... not like a major blizzard or anything just a bit of snow. The government know it was going to happen but did they order the gritters and ploughs out as it started. NO!!!! they didn't!! Because of that they rush hour traffic didn't finish until early the next morning. Then they have the cheek to say that it was the fault of the people who panicked and left work early and rush hour started early. But surely if this was so it would have finished early and not lasted 12+ hours.
In conclusion this country, the majority of the people and especially the government are all idiots and need to be shot!!!!!
OK had my rant and now I feel MUCH better.
