oh hey guys. it has been such a good day. got up and practiced a bit, sat front row at nicholas' recital, ate lunch with nicholas and talked about some things, watched him teach a class to little kids... it was sweet.
and the coolest thing: he wants to get together for a lesson soon. um... august 14th. which means that i'll have to ask the party kids to come on friday the 13th instead. ack. i'm sorry, guys. hope that's okay. i have to go to geneva for the lesson and to see nick's band, stolen shack. [which you're welcome to come to... i just bought the cd and it's really chill bluegrass. you would like it.]
chilling out here for the afternoon, then home so i can work the banquet in the morning, and breakfasts all weekend. i'll have the house to myself, so if you want to party down at my place, you're welcome to. :)
