today wasnt so hot
my head keeps punding every time i sit up kinda like a boom boom boom boom kinda thing it fucking hurts
i dont feel good
and i have no hearing at all in my right ear and i dont have a doctor so i have no place to go cause they wont let me go to childrens either
i have to go to dr dolce tomorrow (therapist) and i remember him telling me to write something down or something like that last week but i cant remember what it was so i guess i wont bring anything
