I found a ticket in our queue today that no one's worked on since it was opened a few weeks ago. It's pretty stinking easy to see why. An analyst in another group logged it with the 'General' keyword and with the Description 'Voice mail.' The only notes logged are, 'See voice mail.' There's nothing attached.
I can't listen to the voicemail as I can't even, as instructed, see it.
I fail at psychic support.
