Show Your PEACHES for $100 (Lip Sync/Karaoke Contest)
At 11pm we’re allowing you to interpret a Peaches song.
Any of her song on stage for the crowd. The best interpretation will get $100. You will be judged by a panel.
• First prize: $100, a copy of “I Feel Cream” and two tickets to see Peaches live on Jun 17.
my chosen song was "shake yer dix" and i wore a strap on & did a tassel twirl on stage. I WAS FABULOUS!!!
by the time everyone was done and the judges were deciding a winner, everyone was chanting JEN-IF-FER (yes, i know how to spell my name but that's how it sounded) and i did come in first place. yay!!!
one of the promoters gave me his card and wants to talk about branching out with burlesque... MY DREAM! and the photographer who took a ton of pictures exchanged email addresses so i'll be sure to share the pictures once i have them.
it was a great experience. i love to perform!
