more dr. who delivered today (series 4). the Planet of the Ood episode makes me so happy. IT'S OKAY FOR THINGS TO HAVE A HAPPY ENDING. this is something a lot of people (not mentioning any names) (rtd) need to remember. NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE TRAGIC VIOLENCE AND GHASTLY DEATH.

also: i finally got a new camera! amazon had a nice one for reasonably cheap; i'm waiting for the batteries to charge. expect some more 'shopping with phin' action soon. i'm going to bainbridge island on monday, i think. there's a yarn shop i want to check out; yay for a fun ferry trip!
