Wasn't there a movie about a house that just kept falling apart - The Money Pit, I think?
Well, all I can say here is at least it isn't our money.
First the water heater dies off, now the stove is dead. Landlord going to order a new one on his way home and will hopefully be delivered tomorrow (if not they do have weekend deliveries.)
Still. The HELL. It's like this place is cursed.
