nawfuck
it's fun here. i've gone into teenage bum mode pretty much from the moment i got here, and it's nice. i got here and went to eat at johnny rockets with my parents and hartley, my brother's girlfriend. the service sucked but the food was good, so whatever. i came home and smoked with hartley, which was not in fact the best idea because trying to shop for christmas presents was next to impossible. after shopping we went to olive garden and it was delicious, although i didn't eat most of my food, i have it as leftovers now. after olive garden i hung out with casey, laura and christian, but it ended up being me fighting off falling asleep while watching love actually. not a bad movie, but not one of my favorites by any means.
then there was tuesday which brought more of the same, really. i went shopping for more christmas presents, this time with casey, laura, zach, and christa (sp?), and got pretty much everything i'm gonna get. it seems like we were there for a pretty long time, but i don't really know. after the mall zach took casey and laura home and i hung out with christa for a bit. we went to a bar on 21st street and had a couple really good beers (yay for not being carded) and had a good talk. we both had a pretty good buzz going on when we were done because one beer was 9.5% alcohol and the other was 10%, so that was fun. we met back up at my brother's place with zach and melissa and went out to eat at no frill grill. i had a good hamburger and more good conversation, and i was tipsy so that made everything better. back to my brother's place to smoke some more (damn that hartley!) and hang out.
and now there's today. no idea what i'm gonna do, but i really need to hang out with at least paul and richard before i leave town. i'm going to the dmv with my brother to work some shit out which should be MEGA fun, and then i guess finishing shopping, probably hanging out with casey and/or laura, and there better be some panera thrown in. we'll see.
as a footnote, i hate shopping almost as much as you hated reading this entry, if that makes you feel any better. :)
