Okay, just kidding, I think it does smell like fall. Until it hits 90. Again.
Relatedly, Austin is the #1 city in the country for giving people allergies! Yay!
My courses have been straying even further from each other on the inherent value vs. work involved continuum.
Tea is better for not-ulcers than coffee.
Been trying to reach a comfortable balance between having thrown myself into friendships here and continuing to value previous friendships more highly. Easy to forget that if you've known someone for only a month or two you still don't really know them (until it makes itself apparent).
Feeling generally either like people at home exist in a crystallized state, or that I am helpless in supporting their pursuits.
Running is helpful as a general reset button. My bike is too big; I'm selling it.
Have needed to cultivate a few side projects to remain functional. See: ASL, amigurumi.
Tim's coming next Thursday for a few days. Anticipate liking visiting better than hosting.
