a hodgepodge post

I apologize for being sucky and not being able to reciprocate this year. If I can make it up to you in any other way, let me know.
- Just made a batch of cake balls. Devil's food cake and dark chocolate frosting for the cakey part. And a variety of coatings: plain dark chocolate, dark chocolate mixed with toffee bits, peanut butter, butterscotch, butterscotch and milk chocolate. I've never done any with butterscotch before, so I hope they turn out all right. They need a little longer to chill in the fridge, but I think I might have to test some later. ;)
- Really thrilled to hear that TNT will be picking up reruns of Supernatural in January! I always assumed that if SPN went into syndication, it would be on SyFy (that re-spelling is still moronic). But TNT? That's so much better. Too bad it's at 10 a.m. and not in a primetime slot. Still, hey, any chance to reel in more fans!
- Speaking of, can Show come back now please? Hiatuses are EVIL. And by the time Show returns, Leverage, will be back as well. Hooray!
- I never got the whole Tom Felton thing. But, after watching this extra from the Half-Blood Prince dvds, I may be coming around. So much cuter with normal-colored hair and non-scowly face. (Still rather twinky though.)
