(no subject)
Well it's been a good 4th weekend. It's felt like one big party I think mostly because I've been hopped up on caffeine since Sunday night haha. I guess it was out of my system yesterday though. Anyways Saturday I went down to the taste with my Mom and Dad (after the terrible England game which I'm still a little depressed about), and that was fun we ate alot of good food including curry fries, italian ice, and corn on the cob mmm. The funniest part was my mom ordering chicken tenders and coming back with chicken tenders and she was like "I thought they were going to be something else!" Mostly because they looked like chicken tenders from Wendys lol...so she wasn't happy with that. Sunday night I went to see "Click" with Ami and about ten other people...a couple of whom I knew but most of them I just met. Most of the time I just hung out with Ami but some of the girls were pretty cool. Namely Amanda. Oh and Liz was there, that was a surprise lol. Let's leave it at that haha. The movie was good though, we all really liked it. It was funny in parts but it was much better when it started getting emotional. Monday Bryan, Amy and I went downtown to see the fireworks woot. All the crazy people were out and about and that was good fun. We got to see Ami and Nelly for a little bit but had to leave them fairly quickly to find Amaris and the others. The fireworks themselves were really great and I'm glad we hung out in Millenium Park for a while afterwards because that was fun and I heard the 10:50/11:30 trains were crazy. Yesterday I marched in the Barrington parade with the library and that was pretty sweet. We passed out some tattoos and what not it was good fun. There were a load of people there. Hung out with the Pomerleaus for a while and ate dinner there, then went over to Amy's house and did some firework craziness over there. A cop ran over the bottle lol. End of story.
