Yummmm
Having made and finished off all the yummy breaded catfish on meatless Friday I needed to fill myself with some veggies. Cold weather sometimes eliminates my taste for salad so.....
Broccoli soufflé! Carb lite & all delicious. Maybe Some leftovers will make it through to tomorrow.
