Return to Sender
So, my Bluefly earrings? Major disappointment. I opened the box and noticed that one of the stones was dislodged already. That, and they looked plain cheap, like the stuff I used to buy at Woolworths in junior high, aka stuff that cost less than 10% of what I paid for these earrings (which were steeply discounted to boot!). Back to Bluefly they go. The necklace is pretty, at least.
In the interest of mixing things up at the gym, I did 23 minutes on the recumbent bike and 15 minutes on the stairclimber. Despite some frustrating moments where it misbehaved, I had an improved workout in comparison to the last stairclimber workout (48 stories versus 34 in the same time). I think I'll incorporate it regularly.
I am looking at my laundry and worrying that it might eat me in my sleep. It's entirely plausible.
