In case there was some sort of misunderstanding...
We have a lot of new members, and--I'm going out on a limb here--it seems like some of you might be under the impression that you are not allowed to host a meetup, or need to get mod approval beforehand. Not true!
Anyone can host a meetup! Check the rules/info of this community. There you will find guidelines for posting about a future meet, and also links that give advice on hosting a meetup. Please read them, especially if you have never hosted a meet before (I'd recommend that you attend a few meetups before trying to host your own).
