Location for Hetalia Day

Host of Philly Hetalia Day
My friend and I have been talking alot about this one place to hold the event, but we have to get a permit for it meaning everyone has to chip in.
We want it to stay under $10 because I know some people don't have much money. We have one place in mind that would be a really good spot to hold it!
It's in Fairmount Park, but if we want to get the place we like we need atleast 40 people so the price can stay under $10. If not we'll go to another place in fairmout park,
so far on facebook we have 30 definates and 57 maybes
we're probably good to go because of all the maybes but we'd still like it if we had more defiates
If you put maybe on facebook and your pretty sure you are going PLEASE put it down as going! Even if you arnt 100% sure
If you don't have a facebook, then tell me her and I'll account for you!
Also, we'd like to know if you're bringing friends who don't have facebook!
Also... Is everyone ok with paying at most $10???
It's not gonna go up anymore, and we'll have food there.
Getting a permit and paying $10 each is alot better then wondering around and having our day ruined if cops tell us to leave or something...
Anyway please help us with counting how many people are going~
it'd save me and my friend ALOT of stress
