Important Update!
Hey people of Livejournal~! sorry i havn't been able to reply to some of your comments! Anyway, you might have gotten this on Facebook, but for the people without facebook here's the most recent message!

Sorry for being really inactive lately regarding the event, I've had alot of things going on that have gotten in the way of planning this event.
Within the next week there will probably be some important messages going out regarding this event! Including the official location! Which has yet to be decided.
It's still going to be located in Fairmount Park, but the location in Fairmount park is up for debate still.
As for food, we have a lot of people bringing stuff! Don't be hesitant not to bring anything! You are certainly welcome to bring anything!
Though i forgot to mention, bring plates, cups, forks, spoons, or whatever you'd need to have the food you bring!
Also, I'll probably mention this a lot, but PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! we want the park to like us.... Not hate us and want us to leave!
PLEASE be respectful to the park, and the people around! More info on that will be posted later!
My main concern is that we will exceed the limit of people we can have, so if we do accidentally exceed it by a couple of people, we don't want the park to want to regret letting us stay, and kick us out!
As for activities during the event! I'm open for ideas! Here are some ideas we have gotten!
-Apples to Apples
-Twister
and some others that i currently can't think of at the moment.
I was also thinking we could play a big game of Mafia/Werewolf or whatever you know it as. It's a fun game! especially with alot of people!
As for the Photoshoot, I'm thinking an hour after everyone arrives? so it gives people time to get there and it's not at the end when everyone leaves!
Anyway, I'm going to throw out some of my contact info in case you need to get in contact with me.
