So after posting that little American Idol tribute to Taylor/Nick I found out that one of my good friends Courtney Cross auditioned for American Idol. I then asked if she went up in front of Simon, Paula, and Randy. She told me, "no, you don't go in front of the judges til the third round." Courtney got tossed in the first round.
Now I don't watch American Idol all that often but I do remember that William Hung sang in front of the judges. This means that William Hung and his rendition of Ricky Martin's She Bangs was more successful than Courtney's rendition of Bette Midler's Glory of Love.

Perhaps if Court sang Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer she could of gave William Hung a run for his money
I know I would have picked you over William Hung any day of the week.
