Yup, Melinda’s pregnant. Yup, Coop’s the daddy. Yup, there is a little angst. Nope, it isn’t big, cause I’m bad at angst. Yup, this is a much longer version than > (Not) Another Auld Lang Syne, but the same storyline.

Just four more stories!!

That woman has nerves of steel if she waited until she was two weeks late!

Poor Don, questioning his manhood ...

>>>That woman has nerves of steel if she waited until she was two weeks late!<<<

Based on my two best friends and my two cousins. None of them will take a pregnancy test until they're two or more weeks late. In fact, one of the best friends just had a scare and at 3.5 weeks I had to physically take her to the drug store to buy the test, cause she thought it was 'too early.' (More like 'too scared,' but all is okay and her hubby was none the wiser.)

Well, Don would have to be thinking about his swimmers right about now.

ohh powerful, and I do see that of Don. He can be a bit of a prick...before he sensitivity snaps back in.

and I was wondering did you mean 2 weeks? I am just asking cause you don't think the 2 boys would notice that she hasn't had her period, I wondered if you meant 2 days. I can see them no noticing after a few days but they would know her scheduled ... just a thought.

Yeah, Don can be a little ego=centric at times.

Yeah, I did mean two weeks. Couple of reasons. First, I really don't believe that the guys would notice from my experience with boyfriends and my two best friends and cousins husbands. (My cousin was nine weeks pregnant before her husband even began to notice and she was suffering from awful morning sickness.) The guy I was with for four years never did figure out my cycle. And my best friend just had a scare and her husband didn't even notice, so I can see them not knowing.

i do agree mostly but IMHO.. hee heee that since they are trying to get pregnant they would be more clued in.

but hey it is not my story so no worries. I just know that i can indeed pick at things with you and ask you about them cause you do not take it personally.

smooches!

Of course! And it does make me think, but since I've got no first hand experience (thank god - I want kids, but not now and not before marriage) I had to rely on my friend's experience - both trying to have and trying not to kids with her husband. (Frankly, her husband and his reactions probably aren't the best to use for this as he's never really been 100% on the marriage or kids thing.)

Huggles!
