So my mother makes chocolate and so I know what you're talking about cause that's how she used to make it....

And You made me love Charlie so much more in here, because one of my favorite things EVER are chocolate-covered Marshmallows!! Delicious!

Ick! I hope you didn't used to eat it, if she burnt it!

Have you ever tried "stained glass," if you like chocolate covered marshmallows? They are fun and delicious.... Now, I want to make them! Sigh!

I've never heard of stained glass...what is it?

Oh, it is so great! You take those little mini-colored marshmallows and coat them in chocolate. Then you take the still soft chocolate and marshmallow glop and wrap it in wax paper and slip it into an empty paper towel tube. Roll it around so the chocolate and marshmallows get very round. Chill it really, really well. When chilled, pull it out of the tube and slice thinly with a sharp, heated knife. The colored marshmallows make this neat pattern and the chocolate looks like the lead of stained glass, thus the name. Plus! It tastes AWESOME!!!!
